Design Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Initiative, creative and self-motivating with “can do” attitude, good team player, able to handle challenging situations, sense of responsibility and smart.
  • Conduct space planning, design concept development, design drawings, design documentation, materials selection and tendering drawings for interior renovation & fitting out projects.
  • Manage, lead and handle design team and projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Degree holder or above in Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines.
  • The Design Manager will also work closely with the Design Director of the development team to come up with innovative development proposals for future work.
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in office design, hospitality, show flat and restaurant; preferable with at least 2 years’ managerial level experience (Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Interior Designer).
  • Knowledgeable in the use of materials, space-planning, operation functionality, construction details and work sequences.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up; High level of presentation and liaison skills.
  • Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized, able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Fluency in English is MUST for this role.

 

Project Director

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects assigned meet or ahead schedules;
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards;
  • Strong Leadership skills with ability to lead his team;
  • Identify and manage project finance, scope of works, deliverables, milestones and manpower/resource planning;
  • Participate in project negotiation, coordination, financing and resources management;
  • Coordinate, consolidate and implement comments received from clients, developers, consultants, contractors and in-house departments;
  • Act as the company representative to liaise with clients in consolidating advice and clarification on contracts, schedules and payments;
  • Prepare monthly operation reports and data analysis to Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Project Management, Interior Architecture, Engineering or other related disciplines
  • Independent and proven leadership ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and of high quality
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years' working experience in fitting-out, building & construction field, preferably with international experience working on the highest top tier commercial, residential and/or hospitality projects
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, project management and crisis management skills
  • Self-motivated, logical thinking and responsible
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, written English and Chinese is a MUST
  • Strong technical background and site experience
  • Immediate availability preferred

 

Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
 

 Responsibilities:

  • Leading the project team to supervise project renovation process from beginning to completion.
  • Administering and monitoring budget, quotation and tender process independently and efficiently
  • Responsible to liaise and co-ordinate with clients & sub-contractors
  • Solve any arising problems from projects
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with sub-contractors & suppliers for timely completion of the project.
  • Responsible for overall project planning, co-ordination and management of site works
  • Monitor payment, material submissions, quantity confirmations, logistics to meet the project schedule
  • Prepare weekly progress report for client’s record
  • Handle and entertain all documentation, correspondences and meetings with the clients, its representatives and consultants

Requirements:

  • Certificate/ Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in construction project, manage in fit out retails, residential, office and hotels etc
  • Strong technical background and site experience
  • Strong problem solving and analytical ability
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Computer literate (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Project)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Experience in quantity surveying or contract management field is an advantage
  • Immediate availability preferred

Site Supervisor
 

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
  • To attend regular site meetings and organize work as per project manager's instruction                                      
  • To co-ordinate with sub-contractors and designers as per confirmed design information
  • Ensure the work confirming to drawing, standard of qualities and site operation
  • Produce well organized photo records
  • Prepare routine daily reports
  • Monitor and report the project progress to Project Manager

Requirements:

  • F5 or above 2-5 years working experience in interior contracting
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD & detail drawing is advantage
  • Experience in operations and materials
  • Strong in project management, site management and contract administration is highly preferred.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Initiative, independent, hardworking & able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary

 

Quantity Surveyor


Responsibilities:

  • To handle pre-contract and post-contract stage, including but not less than tender analysis and bidding, valuation of variation, cost estimation, subletting, extension of time claim, cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement
  • With pricing skill and practical experience in tender process
  • To be responsible for formulating tender strategies, developing cost planning, and project budgeting
  • All rounded experience in both Pre-contract or Post-contract works including tendering, cost estimate, cost planning, budget control, interim payment, settlement of variation orders and final account
  • Relevant experiences in the Fitting Out projects are expected
  • For those candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor

 Requirements: 

  • Relevant professional degree or diploma with minimum 3 years’ experience in construction / interior design / fitting out field, or registration with RICS, HKIS or CIOB
  • Strong technical background and site experience
  • Strong problem solving and analytical ability
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience in quantity surveying or contract management field is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure

 

 

Senior Interior Designer /
Interior Designer

Requirement:

  • Poly / Diploma holder in Interior Design
  • 3-5 years or above working experience in Interior Design, either commercial office & residential

projects:

  • Proficiency in 2D & 3D including Auto CAD, 3D studio Max, Photoshop, SketchUP working drawing.
  • Excellent design concepts and good presentation skills
  • Able to handle interior fitting-out project independently
  • Initative with design talent, creative, energetic, independent, responsible, self-motivating
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Less Experience will be considered for Interior Designer.

Job Description:

  • Handle full set of construction drawings
  • Handle project on-site management
  • Follow up from the design stage to project completion
  • The applicant must fufill these requirements hardworking, punctual, able to work under pressure independently.

Marketing Executive

Requirements:

  • F7 or above with 1-2 yrs related experience
  • Initiative, good communication, work hard, responsible & able to work under pressure
  • Strong selling, presentation skill, Develop new customer base independently
  • PC Knowledge in Microsoft & Photoshop ( preferable)
  • Clients and Projects follow up
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Based salary + commission

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales and business development, explore potential markets, customers and partnership opportunities
  • Co-ordinate with project teams for a smooth project management in order to meet deadlines
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
